Refund policy

We promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing customer experience, we strive for this.  We will try our hardest to make right, any hiccups that we cause along the way.  We are unable to accept the return of items for reasons other than our error, or a defect with the item.  Please report errors or defects within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can quickly work on a remedy.

To begin the return process, please go to your order status page and next to each item there will be an option to return the item.  When you select this option, it will take you to the return page.

Fill out and submit the request.  Our customer service department will review and respond with instructions for the return within 24 hours during business days.  Please be prepared to email photos of the error/defect once customer service reaches out to you.  We will cover the additional shipping costs for returns and replacements due to our error and/or a manufacturing defect that is reported within the returns window.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
