Shipping policy

Shipping

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping carrier.  For larger, heavier packages, we may use UPS or Fedex.  All shipments will include tracking which can be viewed from your order status screen or from the link below:

Shipping Errors - We will only ship to the billing address on file for your payment method.  For credit card payments, this includes the address of your credit card billing statement and for Paypal payments, this is your approved shipping address within your Paypal account. 
Undeliverable orders due to customer errors may result in additional shipping charges or fees to the customer.  If the package is returned to us, or needs to be re-shipped due the customer’s error with the shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Order lost during transit – If the order should become lost during transit, the carrier requires a certain number of days to pass before they will consider the package lost.  We will not replace an order until the shipping carrier has determined the package is lost according to their policies.  Please note, there are extended shipping days during holidays and weather-related instances, we ask for customers patience while waiting during those delays.  We are not in control of a carrier’s timeframe for shipping.  

Delivered orders – Once the shipping carrier’s tracking shows the customer’s order has been “delivered”, we (nor the shipping carrier) have the responsibility of ensuring the safety of the package.  With the increase in package theft, we cannot replace or refund a package that is missing after tracking shows it has been delivered. 

Shipping times – shipping times can vary depending on weather, events, holidays and/or seasons, below are estimated shipping times provided by the carrier.  Please be mindful of possible delays when ordering. 

Normal delivery schedule for USPS is:

            First Class Mail – 2-15 business days (not guaranteed)

            Parcel Ground – 2-30 business days (not guaranteed)

            Priority Mail – 1-15 business days (not guaranteed)

Special Requests

If you have a special request such as an expedited order or expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.  We will try our best to accommodate your request.  Depending on the special request, there may be an additional expense to the customer.
